As a native of the Verde Valley and a REALTOR® for the past ten years here, I have seen a lot of changes in my lifetime both in our landscape and the market itself. Some of these changes have been very challenging and some wonderfully beneficial. The fortunate thing is that the challenges that we have experienced here in our lovely valley are temporary... in other words they are changeable. The positive?? The beautiful weather, gorgeous landscape, and multitude of waterways have changed very little. We still enjoy the outdoors and still enjoy a full four seasons. When I was little, there was very little in the way of medical care and not much in the way of any kind of amenities. Today, we have grown up, but still maintain the same small town friendlyiness and minimum of pollution. The best of both worlds!
